This notice explains what personal data Flavour Studio collects, why, and how long it is kept. From quote requests we only collect what answering them requires.

What we collect

When you send a quote request through the form:

  • name, email and phone number
  • company name, if you give it
  • occasion details: number of guests, preferred date and your message

The guided path stores nothing: your choices are only copied into the form's message field, and sent when you submit the quote request.

How we use your data

  • To answer your quote request: the quote and communication about planning your occasion. Legal basis: the contract and preparing it.
  • For invoicing and accounting, if an occasion is agreed. Legal basis: legal obligation.

We never sell your data or pass it on to others.

How long we keep it

  • Personal data in quote requests is deleted 24 months after the occasion or the enquiry. Only figures, such as the number of guests, remain for statistics.
  • Billing records are kept for the period required by the Finnish Accounting Act.

Who processes your data

Your data is handled by Flavour Studio and Flavour Ventures staff. We also use service providers, such as form, email, database and server services, who process it only on our behalf. Your quote request reaches our inbox through a US-based form service, and it is also saved in our own event system.

Some of these providers are based in the United States. Such transfers are protected by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Cookies

The site uses no cookies for visitor statistics or advertising, which is why it does not ask for cookie consent.

The site's fonts are loaded from Adobe Fonts, which means your browser's IP address and the page address are passed to Adobe.

Your data is processed by Flavour Ventures Oy (business ID 2128041-9). You can ask to see, correct or delete your data atinfo@flavour-studio.com, and if needed lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
