When the meeting, the programme and dinner are all in different places, a big part of the day goes on getting from one to the next. Here everything happens under one roof.
In the morning the stations are pushed aside and everyone sits down for the meeting. In the afternoon the stations come out and you cook, and in the evening we lay the long table.
